If you’re on Standard, you can pay for a defined piece of setup work without subscribing to Guided.
We agree the work, training and fee before starting. Your Standard subscription is paid separately. Further setup or training is quoted separately.
Guided’s ongoing assistance is not included.
Before we get started.
What do we need to prepare?
We’ll agree which records we need and the format to prepare them in. Your team must approve opening balances before we import them.
Extensive data cleanup and accounting reconciliation are scoped and quoted separately.
What if our business processes need to change?
Guided puts your existing processes into 390. If you need help defining responsibilities, procedures or approvals first, Advisory helps structure those processes and implement them in the software. We’ll discuss this with you before agreeing the work.
Is custom development included?
Guided covers configuration of the existing software within the agreed scope. Bespoke development, major integrations and substantial new workflows need separate scoping and a quotation, which you approve before work starts.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Guided has a 3-month initial commitment, with monthly payments at the full rate. You cannot downgrade during that commitment. You can also pay quarterly upfront for 5% off, or annually upfront for 10% off. VAT is added separately.
Signing up does not start a paid commitment. Before subscribing, you accept the agreed scope, final fee, payment schedule and commitment. The 21-day trial covers the software; implementation services are separate.
What happens if we need more help?
Support and scheduled training for new staff remain included within the agreed scope. Your implementation specialist gives an initial response within one working day, during working hours. Resolving an issue may take longer.
Extra implementation, visits or continuing assistance may need a separate quotation. We agree the work and fee before starting, and make clear whether a charge is one-off or recurring. We do not charge retrospectively or add automatic branch fees.
