Set up 390 with your team, get help putting your existing processes into the software, or work with us to structure your operations.
Yes. Every plan includes 1 full user in the business base price. You can begin on your own and invite staff when you’re ready. Additional full-user charges start with the second person.
Yes. All three plans include the same currently available 390 Work modules and HUB. The difference is the setup, training and other help your business receives.
The 21-day trial gives you access to the software. It does not include implementation or advisory services. Signing up does not start a paid service commitment.
Yes. Guides and product support are available on every plan. If you need setup help, you can discuss Guided or pay for one-off assistance on Standard, from ₦150,000 excluding 7.5% VAT, separately from your subscription. We agree the work and fee before starting. One-off setup does not include ongoing assistance. See one-off setup.
Yes. You can start on Standard and ask for help later. Guided has a 3-month initial commitment; Advisory has a 6-month initial commitment. You cannot downgrade during these commitments, even when paying monthly. We confirm the price, scope and any new commitment before you accept a change.
